1. Service

CSV Here provides tools for metadata generation, file workflows, and related features ("the Service"). The Service may use third-party AI providers when you generate content. Availability and behaviour of those providers are outside our control.

2. Accounts & credits

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Credits and subscriptions are described on the Pricing page and in your admin-managed package settings. We may adjust free-tier limits or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

Sign-in is required to generate metadata and to submit payment proof. Each successful metadata generation for an image or video file consumes one (1) credit from your balance unless otherwise stated in your package.

2a. Where long descriptions are optional

The product does not require you to write marketing descriptions in these places:

• Pricing — package name and pricing numbers only; the optional package description field may be left blank.
• Admin → Packages — creating or editing a package: description is optional.
• Profile → Payment proof — the optional “Notes” field; transaction reference is required.
• Metadata settings — custom prompt, prohibited words, and custom keywords are optional toggles.
• Apps → Format converter / BG remover — no description fields; files are processed locally in the browser.

3. Paid packages

Each paid package is valid for 30 days from the date your manual payment is approved and credits are applied to your account, unless a different period is stated for that package on the Pricing or Upgrade page. Unused credits do not roll over after the package period ends unless we state otherwise in writing.

4. Payments & refunds

Manual payments (BDT or USD) are reviewed by an administrator before credits and subscription time are added. All payments are non-refundable. By submitting payment proof or upgrading, you agree that charges are final once approved, including if you do not use all included credits before the package period expires.

5. Changes to rules and terms

csvhere.comreserves the right to modify or update its rules, policies, pricing, credit costs, package lengths, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.

6. API keys

If the site operator enables it, you may supply your own AI provider API key. You are responsible for that key's security, usage, and compliance with the provider's terms. We store personal keys encrypted at rest when the server is configured to do so.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or to use the Service for unlawful content or activity. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
